Beautiful hotel and great location! The 2 bedroom unit had everything we needed. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The pool attendants did a fantastic job staying on top of everything. While we did not need the housekeeping staff during our stay, they reached out to us several times to see if we needed anything. The DIRECTV was very frustrating. It locked up often. We did feel a bit of pressure from the staff to attend the timeshare tour. We would rather have not had that to deal with. Our vacation time is very precious to us as we don’t often get away.

I was out in a dirty room that had blood and sperm on sheets. Then the second room was the same. They track down the housekeeper that wasn't cleaning but this was a very horrible vacation. I'm requesting refund in full. Now my family getting sick and I am disappointed in the housekeeper they keep. The staff indicated they have some housekeeper from Jamaica contracted. It was horrible

This was our second stay at the Ocean Enclave by Hilton Grand Vacations in Myrtle Beach, and it never ceases to amaze us! The quality of our stay was outstanding. The staff on site is friendly, helpful and courteous above and beyond!! The only complaint my husband and I had was with the concierge service. We went to the desk to get area information about restaurants and sites, and ended up getting a sales pitch about timeshares. This was extremely off putting, please stop doing this, it’s insulting to your customers. Other than that, we had an awesome time in Myrtle Beach, and we definitely be back!

I liked the fact that the hotel felt very safe and it was very quite on my floor. The hotel lobby was very clean was well as their public restroom in the lobby area. The outside grounds were beautiful. The pool area was nice. It had a bar and 2 hot tub 2 pools. From the pool area you could walk right out the locked gate right to the beach. Just that close. It has sport bar on 2 floor. Also it right on the boardwalk. Shopping stores all long the boardwalk.
