This was our second stay at the Ocean Enclave by Hilton Grand Vacations in Myrtle Beach, and it never ceases to amaze us! The quality of our stay was outstanding. The staff on site is friendly, helpful and courteous above and beyond!! The only complaint my husband and I had was with the concierge service. We went to the desk to get area information about restaurants and sites, and ended up getting a sales pitch about timeshares. This was extremely off putting, please stop doing this, it’s insulting to your customers. Other than that, we had an awesome time in Myrtle Beach, and we definitely be back!

I liked the fact that the hotel felt very safe and it was very quite on my floor. The hotel lobby was very clean was well as their public restroom in the lobby area. The outside grounds were beautiful. The pool area was nice. It had a bar and 2 hot tub 2 pools. From the pool area you could walk right out the locked gate right to the beach. Just that close. It has sport bar on 2 floor. Also it right on the boardwalk. Shopping stores all long the boardwalk.

This is a gorgeous property. only 2 years old and in amazing condition. We had a 2 BR suite and it was perfect. had everything we needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay. The pool was nice and the beach area was so close. The gym was nice as well. Only downside is not the hotel's fault, but there are a couple bars right next to the property that are VERY loud at night on the weekends. Even with the sliding doors closed and a white noise machine from my phone, I was up pretty late due to noise from the karaoke rooftop bar. If you are a light sleeper, definitely ask for a room as far away from the bars (they are to the south side of the hotel) as possible and higher up.

The suite we had was totally amazing. The appliances were top notch. The view from the 27th floor were spectacular. We would stay there over and over again. If there was one draw back, there wasn't a restuarant on location.
