We read on our paperwork from the hotel that the resort doesn't provide room service for people who are staying four nights or less. We were staying for four nights and theirs four women staying in this suite. We had to call down for them to pick up the trash. I did that and the front desk said to just put your trash can out in the hallway and housekeeping will pick up. Well, they did not pick it up. I had to call front desk for this again. The resort of course, provides you wilth white face cloths but they ask you to reuse these towels during your stay. We did that for a few days but after using these white towels for a few days, they get dirty. So, we had to call down to the front desk for more face towels.which was irritating. The resort provides you with two rolls of toilet paper but you need more than that! I had to call down to the front desk for that. The WiFi kept going out, that's garbage! We didn't like the long hike to the parking garage either! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
