i had originally booked a oceanfront view room,for some reason which was not explained to me it wasn t available,but was not given a reason why when i asked.although we were upgraded to the oceanfront tower which the room was amazing but had a limited ocean front view the condo made up for lack of a full ocean view which i originally booked..on friday and saturday the elevator and halls smelled of marijuana.which made me ill.the day before i was scheduled to leave i received a call from a concierge who told us that my name was just given to her even though we had already been there for 6days.gave us cookies and apologized.and then invited us for lunch of chicken fingers and french fries.which was only a lure to try to sell me a timeshare again for the second time.the first attemp was when i first arrived and checked in.which i respectfully declined.most of the staff were rude curt and abrasive.also alot of pressure to purchase a timeshare.i also noticed that that sweet concierge became just as rude when i told her i wasnt intrested.and would never stay at a westgate resort ever again

So very out dated, and seeing we arent owners, the staff could careless about what we wanted or needed. I would never recommend and detour anyone that thought of staying there
