I would rate Angeline, evening shift front desk rep, 10 stars if I could. She is super friendly, very customer service oriented, and just a pleasure. Can't say the same of some of the checkout staff in the AM, negative stars. Property is conveniently located. Bathroom was cramped, no counter space. Not enough outlets in convenient places. No daily maid service or room service. Guests were very disruptive (slamming doors and smoking weed). The ocean view room was great. Patio had chairs for us to relax in. Many pool types to select from.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westgate Resort Myrtle Beach. Staff was friendly and attentive, grounds were clean, rooms are spacious. While there is no daily housekeeping during the stay - staff is always available to assist with whatever is needed (coffee, extra towels, etc).

West gate caters to Timeshare customers. Front office staff continues to tell us if we need anything please dial 0 from your room phone. There’s no pool staff. I went to front office to ask for towels. They reminded me that they put towels in each room. So in order to go to the pool you must get the ones from your room or dial 0 from your room phone to request more. While seating at the pool you see couples after couples touring for Timeshare. You feel like an animal on display for them to see how our money pays for their property.
