Carpet was dirty and had several cigarette burns. Door to patio had broken lock (only bent aluminum bar). Freezer melted all over what we had put in fridge. Shower curtain was installed too high so water sprayed outside. Did like that the two queen beds were separated by bathroom/kitchen and each had its own TV and dresser. Breakfast was very good and beach/ocean view was awesome.
