The property was nice but wasn’t super clean. It was fun for a quick weekend trip but definitely wouldn’t stay for a week long vacation as it’s not very big, there’s not a lot of storage for things in the room. One elevator was broke during our 3 night stay but overall if was okay for our quick weekend trip to the beach. Was in a good location and the indoor pool was nice

This was our first time at Avista and we are already planning another visit! We loved it! The staff was friendly, helpful, and always taking care of the property. We liked being cinvenient to restaurants, etc. we will definitely be back!

Our trip was great from the moment we got there. The concierge met us in the unloading area and was in no rush for us to unload and check in. The front desk attendant was wonderful and sweet. The room was so clean and neat. The amenities were not brand new or modern but it did not matter because they were very nice and so clean. The staff was so kind. Every person we ran into was exceptional and friendly. The beach access was perfect and the view from our balcony was amazing. I would highly recommend this resort.
