This property was not worth the money I paid. I paid $700 for the room and still was charged $56.00 the next day for parkibg etc. I didn't even leave my room. Did not get to enjoy the pool or the beach. Almost fell in the bathroom a couple of times because of the wet floor.

We went for a family vacation and got the hotel to be so nice they have 3 elevators for all 10 floors and one didn’t work. So we spent a lot of time waiting for the elevator because so many people were on them! Also they advertised that they have 5 restaurants but it’s 2 restaurants.. one restaurant menu is at the other 3 locations!

The staff was wonderful the food Bar and Pool was great. Easy access to the beach. I had and oceanfront room with a spectacular view of the ocean and outdoor pool. This property also features a i door pool. I would stay here again

Great hotel. Everyone that works there is amazing. If you want chairs on the beach you have to pay through a third party that was great in my experience. The dinning options are what you would expect at a resort. Overpriced but good. The elevators are a problem for the hotel for sure. To the extent that most people floors 4 and below used the stairs. My 8 yo thought it was fun so not a total loss for me to be honest. There are chairs in the shade and in the sun near the pool which was great. I’d love to go back again.

Great Hotel!

Love this hotel! Service was great! Rooms were clean! Food great! The best part was the convenience. You really didn’t have to leave the hotel if you didn’t want to, but there were other activities and restaurants nearby.

Perfect location right on the beach. Overall nice amenities, except the gym is small and ridiculous that it only has one bench. A lot of additional charges that mount up such as $35/day resort fee, $15/day self park, $6.21/day internet fee and all of them are taxed.

I’ve always stayed at Hiltons and been happy (I’m an award member) so I know what to expect from my stays. Although the location of this property is outstanding, right by the beach, it is in dire need of repair. In our room, 3 cabinet doors were broken, two constantly open so we ran into them, the refrigerator was missing shelves, so we couldn’t fit things, both ends of the curtains were broken off so we couldn’t pull either side all the way closed. At their cafe, the latte maker was broken all 5 days of our stay, the ping pong table is broken, and there were stained sheets put on our beds 2 out of the 5 nights we were there. They didn’t refresh new cups and towels a couple times. I don’t know what’s going on there, if they are still recovering from Covid? I’m not sure but to pay $320 a night for a room to have so many things broken (and dirty) was disappointing. The pool was very nice, the service was good and the closeness of the beach was amazing.

Good stay, only comment we were given option of 10th floor or 4th floor beach side. We selected 10th floor. Unfortumatly the air conditioning on the 10th (top floor) could not keep up. Room very damp and temperature was on the edge of tolerable. I wish the front desk would have mentioned that.

Nice location on the beach. Hotel is dated and needs some serious upgrades/renovations. Ridiculous pricing for what you get.

Good...but for the price could have been better.

Overall, the stay was good. The property grounds and surface parking were clean, tidy and easy to access. Staff were constantly working both indoors/outdoors to ensure the hotel and pool areas were clean. The oceanfront view was beautiful and even with loads of guests over the July 4th holiday, the room, hotel lobbies, restaurants, and pool areas were not overly loud. In fact, it was quite upbeat yet peaceful. The hotel is older and there were noticeable water pressure issues in the shower (would not maintain warm/hot water) and toilet (would not consistently flush) and both (gurgling sound in toilet when the shower was running)....all very inconvenient as there were 4 guests in the room....esp. mornings and night when guests need to be in the room. The bathroom did not have a bath fan so no fresh air when showering or if needed for the toilet. The freezer door on the mini fridge was missing so we were not able to cool any small items. Lastly, this is the only hotel where I've visited where the digital key was not set up properly. The digital key function worked before we checked in and as soon as we left the front desk check-in did not work the entire time. I called, texted, and visited the front desk in person to resolve and am absolutely certain they had no clue how to fix what seems to be a simple issue. Again, the hotel stay was good but with more modern and working amenities, it could have been much better for the price. Also, the spa/spa staff were amazing!

Not very handicap friendly. The prices on room service menu did not correlate to prices charged. Very hard to find your way around the property. Beach access often blocked by pool patrons. "Resort view" = view of parking garage. Multiple random charges showed up on credit card throughout the stay.
