To be a Hilton is was not clean in the rooms. There were roaches, the doors sweeked and would shut unless pushed hard. The Valley parking was something we had to pay without the option of parking or self. You paid either way and only left 3 times and one time waited 25 minutes and the other time waited 45 minutes. The breakfast and lunch was going. 44scret

Advertised as having a roll-in shower, important for a wheelchair bound person. It had a drop down seat on the tub ,that person had to slide onto and had to lift legs into the tub, which he can’t do alone. All water entertainment is inside. It was child oriented and loud. Felt like a sauna. Could only reach the beach thru flights of stairs, so beach wasn’t handicapped accessible. Couldn’t get to benches outside without climbing stairs. No on-site parking, very small entry-way, and $25/day charge. Valet service was outstanding.

We enjoyed our stay there. It is not a place for couples due to the indoor water park it was filled with kids. I thought the hot tub would be free from kids but it had more kids than in the pool. Otherwise, it was great. Very clean and the staff accommodating.

Great location, hard to get to beach before 9 am
Great location we got early checking which was good but then realize the parking is complicated needs to do valet and it takes long time so the second day the clean cleaner didn’t come to clean and we call for service changing tower way for like 45 minutes or one hour they finally bring the tower to us and second day they miss our tower again so need to call and wait another one hour to get towels. Indoor pool are great and boardwalk is right there. But if you want to take a walk on the beach before 9 am ( pool opening time) you have to go to front of the building and make to the public access area because pool is only access from the building to the beach directly and it locked before 9 am , not sure when it close at night which was not convinced for early person like me wanting to walk on the beach from my hotel.

Would never stay there again because of parking system. Too difficult and crowded too much. Also paid $25. a day and then felt obligated to pay a tip twice to take car out and bring car back. Cafeteria could not accommodate the number of guests. Had to wait for place to sit everyday for 8 days. It was a zoo everyday.

Easy Recommendation
Our room was clean & spacious- easily suitable for an extended stay. Two tv’s, one in the bedroom area and one in the living area. My daughter loved the indoor pool area & we had great service and food with Bubba at the hotel restaurant! We will most definitely be back.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived until we left, it was a series of unpleasant experiences. Initially, the confusion at check-in left me hesitant to ask questions, and later, the pool staff's behavior was inappropriate. The valet attendant made retrieving our keys unnecessarily difficult compared to other guests. Despite assurances from the front desk, billing issues persisted, with additional charges appearing on my account. The response from the front desk regarding payment was unprofessional, lacking an apology even after the error was acknowledged. Additionally, the cleanliness of the pool and Jacuzzi was subpar, with visible debris. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I won't be returning to this establishment.
