If I could give the stay a zero star, I would. The hotel is not clean at all. Hallways had dirt and debris throughout. In the room, the sheets were very dingy, thin and dirty. We had to go and buy our own sheets because the condition of the sheets that they used to replace the original ones was no better. The bathrooms had hair in them and on the floor, although the housekeeper say they cleaned. Carpets in the room did not appear if they have been vacuumed. The only good thing is that this hotel is located at the beach.

The outside of property needed cleaning like power washing. Service, staff, room were great. Parking is different. The hotel itself has valet parking. For some odd reason, day 4 and 5 our air conditioner would not come on but only heat. Breakfast bar was amazing and love the coffee being out 24/7. I would stay again!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was fairly clean. The covered pool area and access to the beach were our favorite pros. The air conditioning was not running when we arrived and after much searching we found the thermostat behind a mounted tv. The bathroom looked nice but the shower leaked water terribly as the shower curtain was too short and on a curved shower rod that made all the water drip outside the shower. Breakfast was pretty good and the kids loved all the waffle makers. I was able to park across the street for $15/day. Assuming you don’t leave and loose your spot it’s cheaper and more convenient than valet parking which tended to have lines. I would stay again for the right price.

We had a bird that wouldn’t leave us alone on our balcony it would come back to the lamp and there was nasty poop everywhere.

The views of the ocean were spectacular, especially being on the very top floor. Loved how the hotel was easy to access the boardwalk and beach. The pool area was very nice, especially the spa. The food for breakfast and our dinners were well prepared and very tasty. Our room was good, not great.

Beach view was busy, but saw some hotels had a fire pit, and tables, and chairs out side to sit at. That would have been nice. Did not have kids with us.
