Shower needed repair and maintenance came immediately. Hair dryer was broken and was replaced immediately. Staff service was excellent. Loved the location. Valet parking is way too chaotic but valets were friendly and very careful with cars. We had great space, frig and microwave, a tub mat, table/desk, wonderful balcony view of the Ferris wheel! Would love to rate it excellent, but needs a few upgrades.
