Tv connection was bad. No amenities coffee pot but no coffee or tea bags. Front door was hard to open and close. Huge gap under door. Door to balcony hard to open and close. Worst part was waking up about 3am to a bunch of roaches. Best thing were the beds were comfortable and the view was amazing.

The property grounds were dirty. Our door from the beginning was stripped and would peep constantly unless we slammed it hard. Then our second night it peeped all night. They did fix it that next morning. Our tub would not drain well. Beds inside were comfortable.

Service was unfriendly. Room was very dirty. Balcony smelled of urine. Yes it was cheap, but in a great location to activities. I feel it is poorly staffed.

I would have asked for a refund & went somewhere else but we had a friend along that did not want to move. The hotel was filthy, the staff was the rudest I have ever seen. There was no customer service. We had no phone to call to the front desk. There were no towels in the room. We had a kitchen but could not use it because it was too dirty, I had to clean the bathroom. We had an ocean front room but could not set on the balcony because it was so dirty,

The place was pure nasty. Was there less then 30 minutes and went down stair and got my money back and left. The picture they post online are no where near what the place actually looks like. I've never ever seen a place so nasty.

Roach infested. Could not stay there, had to leave at midnight & go elsewhere and they will not refund my money. Absolutely awful

The location and proximity to entertainment was the only positive aspect of the stay. The hotel, management, room, cleanliness, Travelocity customer service (the supervisors we talked to) were a nightmare and contributed to a really bad experience.
