Staff nice, but let’s talk about the room.. outdated for sure. Kitchen fridge missing parts, rust throughout on walls. Living room needed to cover the chair with blanket in order to feel semi clean. Smelled very stale throughout. The bathroom, toilet ran all day long and had to turn the valve to silence it and on to flush. The toilet was so low to the ground . There is no blow dryer in the room or accommodations for coffee and no rolls of paper towels. I opened a towel and it was as dirty as if someone already had used it. I made sure the bedding came off and the towels and blanket were going to be clean for the next person..can never trust. This is a convenient place to stay not to hang out all day long in. No bells or whistles!

The front desk guy was very helpful and made sure we had a great time, would definitely go again. The only thing that I would say wasn’t the best was the pool it definitely needs a good clean but it’s also off season so it made sense but the hot tub was amazing and clean!

One of the dirtiest places we have ever stayed at. If it weren’t for the waterfront and boardwalk view, this place would have no customers. The suite was dirty and simply filthy, especially in the kitchen area. Fridge looked like it has never been cleaned. Heater didn’t really work. Facilities were in disrepair and dilapidation - the pool and hot tub area were so dirty and not looked after that we didn’t even want to go in. The hotel photos are very deceptive. They do not even provide Kleenex tissues. Not sure where all the travelers who left positive reviews stayed at, but it was definitely not at this hotel or our room. The view was fantastic though, with a quick and easy access to boardwalk. That was about the only positive part of our stay.

The room was falsely advertised. Nice and clean and updated on review. When we arrived, the excuse for the ran down room was that they were renovating. . It wasn’t even worth the discount.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years. Very nice people, very affordable rates, centrally located, no frills, great elevator and ice machine. Hot tub and pool. We like to spend our money on our experience, not a fancy hotel, but the suite was just fine, perfectly acceptable.

Roaches Roaches Roaches Staff was courteous and fast. Room dates and worn. Missing drawers and old beer can let in kitchen cabinet. Black mold along the walls. Heated pool, short walking distance to downtown and food choices. Bring roach killer with you!!!

The room needs major renovation. There’s molds in furnitures and a lot of rust in the bathroom. Can’t use the bath tub for the same reason. Water is leaking. Sliding door going to the balcony has broken locks, and they just put a piece of wood to make sure it can’t be open from the outside. The only good thing is Front desk person is polite and parking lot has enough space.
