ALL staff members were phenomenal and very friendly. Gym was nice and clean with fairly new equipment. The pool was always clean. Staff were all helpful. My ONLY complaint is that they DID NOT have a contingency plan in place for travelers like myself due to the mandatory evacuation. My family and I (including my 2 year old son) slept in the airport for 2 days. Our trip was cut short and we were left stranded because our flight wasn't for another 2 days. I wouldn't have mind AT ALL being moved to another safe location. But again we got our refund in a timely manner. Just wish they had a contingency plan

Needs renovating. I didn’t know what to expect. Had nothing to compare to. Met our needs- nothing special but nothing bad.

Hotel was fairly clean for the condition of things. The condition of the hotel does not seem to look as good as pictures and videos on your website. There's a lot of wear and tear on pretty much everything including the beds. The mattresses were completely worn out, creaked every time you rolled over and very uncomfortable. Bathroom tiles had several stains, the microwave looked 25 years old. I could go on and on, but the reality is the hotel could use a lot of updates and reconditioning. The breakfast was not great, but just OK like most cheaper hotel breakfast and the coffee was very weak. We never used the bar because no one was ever actually tending it when we checked and it closed so early we were never back from other activities before it closed. The room cost was fair, until you added on the $15 a night "resort fee". Which would be OK, if I actually felt like I was at a resort. One night we woke to a strange noise coming from what appeared to be a speaker on the wall. This went on for at least 1/2 hour. We were told by the cleaning staff it was the intercom system that was no longer in use. We didn't complain about these items to any of the staff, because we assumed it really wouldn't make much difference and there wouldn't be anything they could do about it anyway. It is nice you offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, but again both vans we rode in were very worn out and smelled terrible. All in all the hotel was not the highlight of our trip. The only thing t

On the beach but overall this hotel was dirty & old. Shower is as small as an RV shower. Spider crawled across our bed when we turned down the comforter. Very sketchy entrance to our room too. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Never again!!!

Pros: Absolutely NOTHING!
Cons: New staff, upddated rooms
Upon arrival, were supposed to be upgraded. Of course they didn't have the upgrade that was promised. They said to check back tomorrow. I checked back every day of my week long stay to no avail. We went up to the 7th floor to our room. It smelt, shampoo was already used, coffee machine had no cups, broken safe and there were beer caps in our ice bucket!!! The room had 2 entrance doors that connected to another room. Our "neighbor" kept slamming the front door all night and day in between their chain smoking (no smoking allowed in any of the rooms) that was seeping through our vent. Elevator was out of service for a day. We either walked up and down 7 flights OR waited 11 minutes (+) for the only one in service to arrive. The only reason that we stayed was because we were with a club team who had a tournament. I would have left in a heartbeat if otherwise. We walked in one night from dinner and the front desk employee was smoking a cigarette while blocking the doors for us to get in. We walked through a cloud of smoke to get in as he barely moved from the doorway. Food is gross!! There was a line for breakfast wrapped around the entire room. People had their plates stacked as if it was their "last meal". Went to order a salad (which there were 5 different salad options on the menu), and was told that they had no avocado, no cucumbers, no egg and NO LETTUCE!! lol!! You would probably get better food, sleeping arrangements and service in a federal penitentiary!!

Good location to the beach, nice pool. Great breakfast that changed everyday. Parking garage was across street and very small and cramped. Very scary to park in. Room a little outdated but staff was very nice and friendly.
