Upon arrival to the Charleston place , we were greeted by our names by everyone and friendly and informative information ! It was my husband’s birthday, so what a nice surprise for him ! We had to wait 30 mins past check in time for our room. Also we were in line for valet parking 25 mins. Was not an idea situation with you have hungry tired and not feeling too well grandchildren in tow.
