We appreciate your frustration with the air conditioning not functioning properly and assure you our engineering staff is working to ensure all units are well maintained so that our hotel and guest rooms are comfortable and cool. We are also sorry that we were not able to respond immediately to your plumbing issue causing you to be inconvenienced.
