Hotel was nice and it had decent complimentary breakfast. My only complaint is our room was not ready by check in. We called from the beach to see if it was ready. The guy said it would be ready at 3:30. Got there and it wasn’t ready. Stayed in the car till 4:00 which is check in time. Still wasn’t ready. Didn’t get into room till 4:30 and that’s after speaking to management.

Check in was fine but I was immediately underwhelmed with the property. There is nothing the staff can do about this, the issues is the place just needs an upgrade all around. For the price I expected more. The pictures online do not accurately reflect the state of the facility.
