The front desk women named Julia always accommodates my husband and I every time we stay there and she is so nice and the gentleman who works the evenings also very accommodating and switched my room so I could have a microwave.overall very beautiful hotel with great staff !!!

It is under tremendous construction and we literally had to walk through work zones and live with lots of construction dust from drywall sanding, but everyone was incredibly kind and we’ve been staying here for more than 20 years. Can’t wait to see when it is finished.

Worst lumpy mattress. We were not advised in advance that the lobby/common areas were undergoing a renovation. Lots of truck traffic noise all night long and starting at 6am.

This is an old warehouse that was converted into a boutique hotel. It is very nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great Stay
Even though the hotel is going through major renovations in the lobby area, the room and staff were very accommodating. The room was very big and the staff went out of their way to help us have a nice time on the rooftop terrace.

Hotel in process of renovation was inconvenient. Not many places to sit in lobby for drinks or breakfast. Rooms really need to be refurbished. Furnishings are in bad condition. Rooms are very clean and staff was very accomodating.

Undergoing Renovation but Still Delightful
The main floor is undergoing reno so the bar and breakfast area were not open. The staff did a wonderful job of compensating by providing cheese and crackers along with wine in the lobby and a continental breakfast in the morning. We had a large room with a sitting area that was lovely. Rooftop patio was not yet open during our stay but should be available soon. Fantastic view.

Nice place to stay--but under construction
Hotel was nice and would have been rated higher if we had known about the remodeling work that was being done beforehand. Once completed the hotel should be very nice. Currently some of the rooms need updating.
