room was perfect. In particular Robin the bar tender and Carie who was at the front desk were amazing and helpful . ( not sure I spelled Carie's name correctly.) all staff we met or interacted with were great. Have stayed at this hotel for over 20 years and hope to be back again next year.

Loved the aesthetics of this hotel. Warm, unique & wonderful. From the front desk staff to bartender & other staff super friendly group. Property is cozy and very quiet, and staff were good !! Front desk was understaffed upon check in but very courteous! The room smelled of mildew and was very humid !! We were on the third floor and water pressure was very minimal. Bedding was of poor quality ! The mini fridge in the room was so noisy and above AC unit was so loud that it disturbed our sleep 🙈 Conveniently located within walking distance of all amazing restaurants and shopping! Definitely overpriced stay !!
