Fabulous property, couldn’t ask for a better location. Perfect for walking around Charleston. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Got a room on the fourth floor with really amazing views of the river, river-front park. Excellent service. Great happy hour; food; cookies. Generous breakfast choices and portion sizes. New hotel being constructed in front of this that will block many rooms river views as it is five stories high.

We loved this hotel, you won't be disappointed
Hotel is a fabulous position for walking to everything including sea front and market square. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need. We had a balcony room which was wonderful. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The hotel offered so many extra like we have never experienced before including a walking tour, wine and cheese and breakfast in your room or location you choose. We absolutely loved this hotel.

Wonderful Stay
A wonderful stay, and I would recommend to anyone. The staff were very nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic! and walking distance to great restaurants and tourist locations, but also a quick uber to other great neighborhoods.

Breakfast in our room was nice. Enjoyed the happy hour wine and the cookies each evening. Borrowed a couple bikes and rode through the park and neighborhood. Bikes could have been in better condition. They were dirty and had broken bells. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, but unfortunately the “Harbor View” part of it has been obstructed by the new, huge, 5 star hotel being built across the street. Our room was fine, but so close to the elevator that we could hear it quite loudly every time it moved,which was frequently.

Great location with harbor views and within walking distance around the historic downtown district of Charleston. Although a little pricey, complimentary breakfast was served daily and brought to our room or the rooftop terrace-whichever our preference. It was not the typical continental breakfast, but a high quality assortment of our choice. We also received a bottle of wine on ice each day of our stay. At 5:00, there was live music and charcuterie foods and wine available-and lastly, cookies at 9:00 pm offered to guests. The hotel staff were all friendly and very attentive. Valet was always quick and helpful. We never even had to open doors when entering or leaving the building. The accommodations were awesome. The atrium had coffee, tea and other drink choices 24/7. The rooftop was wonderful. The cleanliness and condition of the Inn was outstanding. Every morning when we left for a few hours, our room was always cleaned and new towels and bed linens were replaced. We never even had to ask. We really enjoyed our stay. My only negative remark would be that I would have liked for there to be a full restaurant and bar.
