Firstly, they didn't offer any services . . . no housekeeping, no breakfast, no pool or gym Whenever you're booking a room, that should be in BOLD lettering somewhere in the booking info. I thought the room was very nice, but the lack of service placed a damper on my enjoyment of the room while there. Secondly, if you're not going to offer services - the prices of rooms should be GREATLY discounted. I was not impressed with the lack of communication regarding this issue. Thirdly, there needs to be more of an emphasis on costumer satisfaction. This was a disappointing encounter all the way around.

I liked nothing about this hotel. It was dirty, we did not get told the pool was out of service we asked for clean towels due to the fact that during this covid 19 there would be no room cleaning? Really amid this pandemic you would think that this hotel woud be stepping up with cleaning services.. clearly not here. Back to the towels we didnt get them, so after a long day at the Citadel, we return with still a dirty room and had to goto lobby to get cean towels. Ask for a discount due too we where not advice of the lack of cleaning and was told that it was to difficult to do so. So aave yourself the possibility of contracting Covid and stay somewhere else

I loved my view of the harbor. The ac ran all the time, was very noisy, and the pool was very small. I had no problems.

This hotel was dirty. We had to put towels down in the bathroom to walk around. We paid for a suite and all the cleaning carts sat outside our door at all times including blocking it some of the time. There was dog food along the baseboards in my sons room and another friend found a pizza in their fridge from 3 days prior after they had to change rooms because the first room they got had not been cleaned. This hotel was not clean. The desk staff was rude and not helpful in answering questions. I would never stay here again!

We switched rooms 4 times. Either the AC was not working properly as in blowing cold air or sounding like a truck. One room both the AC and TV were on the blink. Walls are paper thin and everything needs to be updated . Light fixtures in bathroom had no cover on it. I guess you get what to you pay for..UGGGHHH!
