The staff was pleasant and helpful. However, the hotel is showing its age. For the price I expected better. It is an older hotel. The vending machine only took exact change, and I was told to use the one at the hotel next door. We stayed there because it was close to the hospital.

Room was clean but very dated. Bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable, AC unit worked well but i was allergic to something in the room, sneezed allot, not sure if it was mold or animal related. Carpeting was worn and older, not all lamps had power outlets and USB charger ports, lamps had some surface rust, microwave and refrigerator worked well, very nice tv. There was a pull out bed from a couch, but we did not use it. Iron and ironing board were good and usable. Ice machine was nearby outdoors. Our stay was fine but for the money, we would probably look elsewhere.

The front desk staff at check-in was amazing! We had a dog with us. He was barking, and there were some noise complaints, but the front desk staff was very understanding when they called to notify us.

Tv did not work and the woman at the front desk was of no help. The room left little to be desired. Lots of mold, the ac was full of it. The room in general was damp. If you can stay elsewhere I would.

It was economical. The room was clean and comfortable. The little interaction I had with the cleaning staff was very good. The front desk was average. The breakfast was average. The outdoor pool was not of use. It was closed. The water in the pool looked green. It would have been nice to sit on the pool deck and possibly get in the water, none of this was available.
