We booked a room with a King bed, but at check-in, we were told there was a glitch and we would be in a double. No compensation was offered for the down grade. We also asked for a late check-out to compensate. We were given an extra hour, but when we returned to our room during that hour, our key cards would not work.

Hotel located well! Very nice facility. Staff was great. Housekeeper was outstanding. Only hang up was limited pool access due to several private events keeping fully paid patrons from using at peak hours.
