We stayed for 4 nights at the end of May. The weather was amazing. The absolute best part of the hotel is the access to the beach. The worst part, we ran into several employees who were pretty cranky. A few of them were very wonderful, but the ones we interacted with the most, did not act like they wanted to be there. Not a huge deal breaker. The room was nice, the cleaning ladies were wonderful, the resort is nice. We rented bikes one afternoon and had a blast. If you want some DELICIOUS Thai food, please go down the street to Ruan Thai Cuisine. It was wonderful. THE BEST MEAL & wine we had the entire trip. We also enjoyed Quarterdeck. The concierge was helpful and wish we would have consulted him sooner.

The stay was awesome!! The only issue we had is they have a lot of construction going on because they are remodeling the rooms. We had to move rooms because it was so loud and went on all day. They were very accommodating and did move us to a quieter room. Pool was great and they have a small adult pool and spa which was great. The employees were very friendly and professional! My favorite though was Sarah who worked at the breakfast area, she was such a sweetheart and very friendly!! Beach was very nice.

This property was booked in November 2023, arrived no handicap room, or the second room I booked. I had to scramble around to find lodging. We had driven from Texas to South Carolina. It was about 8 pm. No help from this place. Worst bookings experience ever! So disappointed 😞

Best resort
The hotel was beautiful. The pool was great, the food was wonderful, loved seeing the turtles, the fire pits, access to the beach. It was great. We also loved all the fun things that were offered such as, feeding the turtles, crafts, renting bikes, etc. Everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend and hope to return again.
