We are sorry to hear things did not go as expected. We have two different types of Ocean view room types and the Ocean Horizon view is a partial ocean view. We are sorry about that miscommunication. We go through our room numbers often and ensure the rooms views are still what we sell them as. Our staff are working extra hard to ensure a perfect stay and there are some amenities that have not reopened due to Covid-19. We hope once this pandemic is over, you will give us another chance.
