The staff was great on my visit. However, the property is run down and not well maintained. It was not the Hilton experience I hoped for or that I've had in the past. I didn't have hot water for a shower. The room had a strong smell from a recent cleaning that was almost overwhelming. The carpet in my room was wet from cleaning when I went in. Not a great experience to me.

The property has a beautiful lobby but the hotel is an old property. At first che k- in the room 1020 smelled strongly of mildew. I asked to be moved to another room which was 1012. There was a faint smell of mildew so i brought stand alone and spray air freshners. The room was clean. We had to report that the bathroom sink was draining extremely slow so they sent a engineer. No pool at this property. I'm a coffee drinker and prefer coffee outside the room. I never smelled fresh coffee brewing at this hotel.
