We took our vacation in the middle of a tropical storm. The weather was crazy. The room leaked, but it rained excessively. Fireworks all night long . The trip was a disaster. The room was pretty good . It had two rooms for the 3 of us. We stayed 3 nights and the staff was always quick to respond when we asked for towels and blankets . The staff were very friendly and polite.

Nice hotel but needs upgrades. Checked in and our rooms bathroom sink was stopped up. They sent maintenance and he did his thing but didn’t unstop the sink so had to wait until the morning to get another worker to work on sink. He fixed it. Window in bedroom leaked when it rained enough to soak a bath towel. Parking on ground level is a joke. Supposed to be for oversized vehicles but nobody monitors it. Had to pay for parking on the street due to no spaces available because smaller vehicles were parked in wrong area but was told I would just have to find a place to park by security.
