An unexpected parking fee of $12 dollars per day is a bad start. This should be stated in your advertising. Also I had no hot water from 7-2pm. The Shower was so difficult to get in and out of. The shower doors seem to be on backwards. And right at the toilet leaves no safe way to enter with the water running.

Service at this place was amazing from the beginning! Every peaceful. Direct access to the beach literally right outside the lobby!!! Everything was literally in walking distance it’s in the perfect spot for couples looking to get away and even for a quick family get away!

The room was descent, the beds are hard and the comforter was super thin more like a slightly thicker flat sheet. Due to weather most things were closed. Inside pools had green tint to water and the elevator was really sketchy as far as safety.

Initially , I was given a room in the 7th floor , which was disappointing because the TV was not working and it was not clean. Second day I asked for a different room, and got a beautiful room. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and definitely worth rebooking at it!
