There were no elevators so since I’m disabled I asked for a ground floor. I had to pay an extra 25.00 for that. A shame disabled people have to pay extra.

A real, honest review

The first room was a nightmare! Tiny oven didn’t properly work burning two pizza’s and side due to bottom element didn’t work. The top worked instead! Waste of money on food. Drapes dirty and ripped. Asked for a refund and was offered a cottage, which was better, but had bugs and wasn’t very clean, but stayed. Mold around the seams of the shower walls and tub. I would’ve lost $179.00 if I cancelled. More than half! Not sure why this place had such a high rating? If you decide to book? I suggest you look before you leap. Office staff very friendly, but break out a mop and wipe down the wall trims, bleach the bathrooms.

I usually don’t have a problem with the hotels that I’ve stayed in. I didn’t like the way the hotel looked in person it didn’t look anything like the photos that they advertised on the website. There was mold on the ceiling and on the lamp shades. I paid extra for the ocean view, I was told that the hotel was beachfront and it wasn’t, it was 2 blocks away from the beach. You could see the ocean from the hotel. The pictures also showed a full kitchen and a large fridge and that was also a lie. Me and my family were really disappointed with our stay. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. 😡😤

good if you like roaches, no amenities, thin walls, and no elevator. you are quite literally not able to get any rest with all the sirens throughout the night. only decent thing to say is it is close to the beach. a 5 minute walk at most. but is it worth it in the end? i guess you can decide.

It was good to stay over for a night. Clean inside. Building outside was a bit weathered. Pool could be cleaned more often (could use a robo pool vacuum). Was at the outskirt of MB but close to everything.

Only good thing was the location. I don't know who gives them an 8.1 ratting. Everything inside is old and dirty, a/c was blowing hot air mold on the ceiling, terrible. This was my first time that I booked through Expedia and my last time.

The pictures are very decieving. The building is old alot of the rooms are ran down. The pool water was dirty when i got there. I complained about so by the next day it was better. All the rooms have sm kitchens. You have to ask to have your room serviced

HORRIBLE hotel. Everything is old. Everything stinks. It stinks of sewage, the pool is dirty and apparently you can get infected in it... the territory is located not badly. But! from staying in this place you probably will not want to visit this city again! The cleaning in the room is disgusting. Dirt and sand everywhere. The bed linen is relatively clean. The air conditioner can't cope because it's very old! We had a reservation for 3 days. But we left after the first night!!!
