I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The accommodations did not meet the expectations established by the online photographs, which appeared to have been significantly enhanced. My room overlooked a rather unappealing view consisting of a dirt hill, fenced area, and a pool that was, unfortunately, unusable due to its unclean condition – the water was green and cloudy. Furthermore, the noise level proved disruptive. Guests at a picnic table adjacent to my room disturbed my sleep at 10:30 pm necessitating my intervention at 12:00 AM to request their relocation. They don’t have house keeping unless you ask. I hope you will address these issues to ensure future guests have a more positive experience.

The place was very outdated and my room was nasty and no phones in the room no where to hang your clothes. The toilet stopped up for two days had to go the office to use the bathroom. The kitchen is so small. Coffee pot had mode in it not being clean. The shower was nasty bedding nasty. Flys everywhere. Tired to find an another place to go to but everything was full. Had to walk a mile to the beach. The ocean view rooms you pay for have to wear glasses to see it. Nasty on the outside out dated. Had to go and buy stuff to clean the place. Awful.

The only thing I like was it was close to the strip and everything was convenient.but I will never stay here again my room was stinking the refrigerator was nasty and smelt horrible.and then the owner was very rude came beating on my door like the police talking about he seen on the camera that we had a party but we didn’t we was out side talking and haven fun with others never will stay here again

Our air conditioner did not work on our last night so we didn’t get much sleep and there were lots of rowdy people outside every night so we were woken up often but the service was friendly and the hotel was clean.

Pictures are deceiving. The place and the room were in poor condition. The room served its purpose for our non-vacation trip. We received the value we paid for, which aligned with our expectations when we booked the room. Staff was very friendly, which was the only positive thing.

Basic but satisfactory!

EXCELLENT location, nice ocean view. Basic room, no frills (not even any artwork on the walls!), but clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, everything was tiny so don’t expect to store a lot in the fridge but it worked for us! Low pressure in the shower but that’s to be expected. Biggest complaint was that the neighbors smoked pot on the balcony and it seeped into our room every day/night. But otherwise staff were friendly, accommodations were great, and location can’t be beat at this price point!
