Pictures are deceiving of the unit itself.

Beautiful view of the ocean, beach, sunrise, sunset, moon, stars, dolphins, birds ... all that God created.Location was very convenient to everything we needed.

The unit was horribly smelly, and it was coming from the closet, which gave the whole place a really bad smelled and feeling of not being clean, and I could not stand to touch anything in that unit I went and bought blankets for the bed and pillow

Nice

Its in a great location,loved the pool,hot tub and its on the beach. And of 4 min drive to the boardwalk and 6 min drive to the aquarium. Had amazing time cant not wait to come back.

We will not be returning

At arrival, bathroom was dirty and one tv was out. Management corrected cleanliness within 24hrs and technical issues within 48hrs. During my trip the building was treated for bedbugs on multiple floors. After 3 day of stay I developed a rash on my face and upper right shoulder and ended my trip early. I contacted management via private review explaining my experience and have not received a response. The condo was as described, the view is perfect. Paper products, dishes, pots, utensils, a standard fridge, standard stove w/oven, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. There were two beds in the bedroom and a pull out couch- but the mattress of the pull out of stained with what looks like blood.

We loved the view

Honestly, my review would be mixed. The view is amazing—can’t be beat, be we did encounter some issues. The Elliot was great but the management and staff at the property were not. There were many barking dogs all day long and there was construction going on on the property while we were there this past week. The condo itself was fine. Furniture was fine. The kitchen and bathroom weren’t 100% upon arrival. We did see 2 roaches in the bathroom and a couple of bugs scurry across the kitchen counter. The sheets were thin and “pilly” and should probably be replaced soon. There were plenty of bath towels but no beach or pool towels. All in all we had a great time.

Great setup and location -make sure it's been inspected

We loved the location, the set up of the room, the atmosphere of the people and guests. Our biggest concern was the room has not been inspected. It was not cleaned. It has no working light in kitchen, the pullout couch mattress needs replaced, and the sheets were clean but comforters in bed have not been washed. Once we cleaned ourselves and removed dirty comforters, we enjoyed the rest of our stay with no issues. Just make sure the room has been inspected before you get there. The property manager was great to work with. The middle man just did a poor job. It was resolved. I would stay there again.

Overall Cleanliness

The location was pretty good. It was close to places to eat and a nice place to walk. The staff was very friendly. When we walked into the condo there was a heavy smell of dog. The baseboards had black dog hair all over them. The condo could have used a good deal cleaning as there was dog hair all over and the walls smelled. When we ran the air it circulated a wet basement/mildew smell even more. We were going to use the pull out couch for our son. There were no blankets for it, not that it mattered because the mattress had a huge urine stain on it. When we contacted the rental company they sent over a mattress pad to put on top of it and a brand new blanket (tags still on it). Our top blankets had urine stains on them and when we stripped the beds there were urine stains on the mattress covers underneath. The mattresses were worn out and the sheets provided were very thin. The bathroom had really bad ventilation. Our towels were wet the whole week (we even kept the poor working bathroom fan on all week). The sink drained very slowly as well. Since we went through VRBO we were not able to change out our towels with the hotel (even though it said linens were included). Overall, this condo needs a good deep cleaning and a refresh.

The property requires a good clean an updates. The shower curtain has mold all over. The shower curtain rod is rusted an stained the bath towels. The mattress closest to the door needs replaced , the middle of the mattress is sunken . I stayed at many condos during the last 20 years an this place just disappointed me for the rental paid.

November at the beach

Overall our stay was very nice, and the place was in good shape. We would certainly stay there again. The only notes would be the bed on the right, and the air conditioner in the bedroom. The bed was sunken in the middle and is probably due for replacement. The bedroom A/C unit was loud as it cycled off.
