"The continental breakfast was less than desirable. The Bellboys were extremely helpful and the bikes were very convenient. The location on Ocean Dr was great. The room itself was nice and the AC worked great and the daily room cleaning and towels service was great. The beach towels were small; would have been nice to be larger to accommodate sitting at the beach."

"Kinda surprised at the W South Beach. Decent pool, but not enough food options. Basically one restaurant supplying mostly the same food to the pool, bar and restaurant.I liked it but didn’t love it. The adult only pool was kinda dismal. And the main pool you had to relocate every few hours if you wanted sun. Not what We were expecting. Probably a one and done. Great staff though."
