Room was not cleaned when we left. Tv barely worked. Only one elevator worked, other elevator broken or not working either. Pool was not open. Park over $1000 for 3 nights, unhappy stay.

The elevator was not working. Very very difficult to go up and down the stairs. We were on the 5th floor. My partner has asthma and recently had surgery. With an elevator not working, it made our stay bad!
