"The rooms have been updated but are in no way as clean ascthey are shown in the online pictures. The shower drain was chisrled out with sharp edges. The bathroom lighy flickered on and off. The furniture in thevroom had humidity damage and there was dirt around the baseboards. We started to use one robe, however when we opened it, there was a long black human hair on it. Positives were the hotel has a good restaurant and the food tasty andcwell prepared."

"Many of the staff did not speak English unable to help with questions. No available coffee, water or ice. Carpeting stained and filthy. Elevators not working and had to carry luggage. The food at restaurant was excellent but wait time and service very slow. "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was great, and the location was excellent. The main issue was the bathroom as the light and fan are on the same switch, and the fan is quite loud. Also, there’s very limited space and no storage. The walls in the room are very thin, and we could clearly hear normal conversations from neighboring rooms, so it’s something to keep in mind."
