I need a cheap place to stay for the Carmel Marathon and this served that purpose. But it is pretty basic. Outdated and there was a hole in the bathroom door and peeling cabinets. After some loudness around 10:30-11pm I had a good night's sleep. There was also a $2 utility charge and a $50 deposit which I don't recall being listed on Expedia. Budget motel that served its purpose.

Well first of all I got 2 charges of $50 for a deposit, hopefully it get it back. And there was a full bag of garbage under the sink. Empty alcohol boxes/containers under there as well. Staff is sketchy. 0/10 do not recommend. Bed was was comfy tho 😂

The property now charges utility fees that are not mentioned in the booking process. The room had a few moths in it. The hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Kids pulling fire alarm early in the morning. But beds and towels were clean at least.

No hot water, which happened the day before I arrived but I was not told. Extra $10 a day charge for housekeeping who never came in my room over my four day stay. Extra $2 a day for utilities yet I didn’t even have access to hot water. Hallways not swept during stay. Some days only one person was working front desk and housekeeping. Will be seeking a refund.

Outdated and neglected property. The furniture and walls were damaged and the room did not feel clean. No shampoo or conditioner. No ice machine in hotel. Towels were old. Shady characters were drinking in the parking lot. Do not recommend this property, especially if traveling with children, unless you have a very low budget and only staying a night or two.

Upon arrival to the property I noticed it was nothing like the pictures. The property had 2 public notices posted on the front door. One was for delinquent disrepair and the other was from the health department. Upon entering the front office for check-in, the clerk told me that she couldn't check me in because the computer had issues, the internet was down, and there was no hot water in the building. I thanked her for her honesty and left to find another hotel. Stay away from this place. Total dump! Expedia needs to remove this listing from their site!

I ordered 2 beds only one in the room!! I barely was able to get hot water from the bathroom sink and shower. Both the sink and tub drained very slowly!! The thought of charging 2 dollars a day for electricity is absolutely absurd. I left the room as l found it to get my 50.00 deposit back. overall disappointed in the property for what l paid.

NO HOT WATER (FOR DAYS)! BUGS! WEEDS! NO TV SIGNAL! HOTEL OWNERS need to step it up, especally given the Carmel-Northside Indy location. STAFF was as helpful, despite the many shortcomings of the hotel. ROOM was efficiently designed with basic needs provided.
