I booked this hotel because the website said there was shuttle service to the airport. There was not. That needs to be fixed.

The only thing I liked about the property is the front lobby everything else was a nightmare. That is the nastiest dirtiest most awful hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I want a full refund

Hotel was sketchy, took 40 minutes to check in. Understaffed. Garbage on the floor of elevator. Elevator button didn’t work for the 4th floor (a known issue by staff). Apparent cigarette burns in cover in bed. No comforters on bed just sheets and blanket. Staff tried to be accommodating but was untrained. Very disappointed

Terrible. We didnt even stay the night after having driven 10 hours- decided to leave after seeing the room.

My room was not clean. Stuff on floor.. food in a drawer.. crumbs on the shelf.. no light bulb in two lamps.. no knobs on the heater/air for climate control.. mattress was slumped in the middle.. parking lot had massive holes.. associated were in verbal confrontation with other guests.. laundry facilities were broken.. I would not recommend😡👎
