My room was not clean. Stuff on floor.. food in a drawer.. crumbs on the shelf.. no light bulb in two lamps.. no knobs on the heater/air for climate control.. mattress was slumped in the middle.. parking lot had massive holes.. associated were in verbal confrontation with other guests.. laundry facilities were broken.. I would not recommend😡👎

Old run down. Nothing like pictures. Breakfast terrible. Fruit rotten. Bread stale. Staff ok. Only good thing to say is that it was clean. Will NEVER go back. Visit Indy 5 yo 6 times per year. Worst place I habe ever stayed.

It served the purpose.....a good night sleep. I thought the interstate would be too noisy but once I settled down for the night it was all good.

This property chose to bump our room while a convention was in town. We had reserved through travelocity 8 months prior to our visit. They notified us one hour prior to check in.... imagine our sense of panic after having traveled from two states away! Travelocity made things right, but Red Roof has been crossed off our list!

Check in and housekeeping staff was very frienndly and accomodating, but from there it was all downhill. We were very disappointed with our room. There was no refrigerator for our items needing it, just a large space where the fridge once was. The AC unit was missing one of the temperature control dials. The top sheet on one of the beds had a fresh food stain on it, which made us wonder if they even ever get cleaned on a regular basis. The window had a large crack covered in clear tape running across it. The bathroom was awful. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat, in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor. The shower drain was clogged and my wife had to take a shower in standing water. There was mold on the shower curtain. The continental breakfast was subpar with hardly anything to eat. Very disappointed with this hotel!

They didn't have hot water on the 3rd and 4th floors due to problems with the water heater (s). Staff do all they could to minimize the problem while remaining cheerful and pleasant. Very hard working. Vanessa set the tone starting with check in. Made my stay very enjoyable.

The property is undergoing renovations. The rooms are updated and well appointed, especially for the price. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. The hallways are older, and the pool is not functional, but I expect updates to both soon. Breakfast was basic, but there were three waffle makers, which was good (no waiting). Overall, I was satisfied and would stay there again.

I liked the hard wood floors, but for some reason we had a handicapped room and I don't like using them in case someone who is handicapped needs it. The bathroom was in need of repair, cracked tile, bathtub patched together, we were missing towels. The check in clerk was rude but the clerk in the morning was very helpful. The breakfast was a joke, out of date orange juice, waffle batter was gone, I asked if there was more and the attendant left to get more and was gone for over ten minutes, not many choices.

Checked in - First Room stank Like deodorizer (Imaging being inside a Glade Air freshener). Obviously someone was smoking in the room and they tried to deodorize it. Judging by the MULTIPLE no smoking signs on the door to the room, it is a problem. Overall A rundown property. The Second room smelled much better, No Iron, No refrigerator, TV Remote didn't work. Asked for a new one, never got it.
