I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Bottleworks Hotel and was truly impressed by the property. The design, ambiance, and attention to detail are exceptional — a beautiful blend of historic preservation and modern luxury. Unfortunately, my experience at check-in significantly impacted what could have been an entirely positive stay. Upon arrival, I interacted with a manager of guest services named Allyson. Her tone and demeanor were unprofessional, loud, and frankly demeaning. The interaction lacked courtesy, compassion, and the level of service expected from a hospitality professional — especially one in a leadership position. I respectfully expressed that I did not appreciate how I was being spoken to, but the overall experience left a negative impression that stayed with me throughout my visit. For a hotel of this caliber, the guest service experience should match the quality of the surroundings. If Allyson is to continue representing the hotel in a guest-facing leadership role, I strongly recommend additional training in customer service and communication. Thank you for taking the time to hear my concerns. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it leads to a more consistently positive experience for future guests.

Unfortunately my husband and I were extremely disappointed with our stay at Bottleworks hotel. While we understand some noise, our room (2062) was RIGHT next to a wedding reception happening. It literally felt like our room was in the middle of the party when we had booked it for a relaxing get away. We could not hear our television or play a sound machine loud enough to drown out the party happening directly on the other side of our window. We were told the reception would be over at 10pm. It was not. The front desk then told us when we called back at 10:30 that the party would be over at 11pm. No one but attendees of the event going on should ever be placed in the rooms surrounding that area. We will not be recommending this hotel to anyone for a weekend stay, which is so sad because we were so looking forward to our stay at Bottleworks.

The property is amazing. The neighborhood is tremendous. You wouldn’t even need a special event or occasion, you could just stay here for a day or two and enjoy the immediate walkable area.

They really went all out on the design of this property! Very well thought out! Great coffee stop with breakfast sandwiches and pastries open at 6am is super convenient! Living spaces are very spacious with a Great Industrial vibe! Love how they displayed pictures of the trades workers who helped with the reno throughout the halls! Rooms are clean, & comfortable. Tons of dining , & bar options around the property! All very well lit at night with a safe feel everywhere. Parking is convenient to walk to, easy to navigate & clean. Lot’s of fun options to do for kids , adults, or families! The Pins building is amazing! So much to do! From retro pinball machines to bowling, bags, bocce, you name it! Place is Huge! Even a movie theater! Crowd is perfectly mixed. You see Young People, Boomers, Families, Business Travelers, Males, Females, all have what they need to enjoy their stay, & seem to be doing so! Great Job!
