The hotel itself was nice and the view was beautiful. I did not get a chance to experience the “free” breakfast because to my knowledge the breakfast buffet was $25/person. Upon booking I was not notified that the hotel parking lot was under construction and that I could not park there, a staff member instructed me to park at the building across the street and that it was paid parking. I was not informed upon this instruction that the parking garage I was told to use was attached to a bank and I was unable to get my car out the next day because the bank was closed for the weekend and ended up having to pay for multiple days of parking.

The staff here is great. And the location is iconic, with some incredible views of Monument Circle. The hotel itself could really use a refresh, but things were generally clean. I was happy with my stay. And, again, a call out to an engaged and communicative team! That was a big plus!

Did not have breakfast. Check in was quick and way b4 scheduled time. Beware of the construction, drilling, banging going on, front desk didn’t inform me aft a long flight. I believe all rooms were affected from the construction room #s(1001/1002/1003/1004/1005). Also, no alarm clock in rooms, requested a 0345hr wake call at check in, again to confirm and a 3rd time after getting in close to midnight(MNF🏈🏈). Informed the desk staff at 0400hrs no alarm wake up call was initiated, when my scheduled uber to airport arrived. Did make it to the airport in time. Lobby was nice!
