Room was clean. Staff didn’t understand English very well and I didn’t understand him. No fridge in room, little bottles of shampoo or lotion. Oh and stuck in elevator for about 20 minutes pressing emergency buttons and NOTHING! Thankfully was able to call someone and send them down to desk to get assistance to get us out. Oh I also didn’t get my deposit back!

Room was okay, but noise in rooms above was awful. It was obviously a child running back and forth and jumping making loud noises for hours. Neither of us was able to sleep. My husband is hard of hearing and it still bothered him. I prepaid for the room but then was also required to provide payment for $60 room security fee. Ridiculous.
