The room was very clean, to include the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The bed and the linens were very comfortable. The room had some minor cosmetic issues on the walls that five minutes of touch-up painting would resolve. The parking lot is very well-lit at night. The halls had undamaged walls, well painted, with new carpeting. The negative I have is the check-in, check-out process which is completed via a computer kiosk, versus a 'live' person standing across from me. This creates a sensation that perhaps it is not safe for a live person to perform such functions. The process works, but I would prefer a person standing across from me versus interacting with them via a computer screen. I would stay again, when the room-rate is welcoming.

I booked this last minute because the previous hotel said they did not have any dog rooms available so I ran quickly to the Motel 6. Check-in was really cool because it’s done with a kiosk in the lobby. We stayed one night and it had what we needed, though keep in mind. It is very basic. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room and there is no hairdryer. Other than that, it was fine. There are many dining options around and dogs stay free, which is always really cool.

Made my reservation via hotels.com & paid in full with card. There was no front desk person, just a kiosk. The atmosphere was quite uncomfortable. Then they required a security deposit, at nearly the price of the room - that's quite excessive. When I refused, they would not cancel the reservation. They will not work with hotels.com to offer a refund as well. Let's say this chain is now on my never go to list again.

Problems in the parking lot all night with a rude guest. Yelling and screaming all night. Front desk was no help. Indy police was no help sadly. Pillows were worthless. To flat. And could not get any help from housekeepers. The air conditioner in the room worked about half the stay. I will not bring my family back there.

Pretty good but not great yet.

Hotel is in midst of renovation and looking better each time we stay but we have had the same room twice now, two months apart, and the same three areas on three different walls inside the room have been patched but not painted. Would also be nice to have a small fridge and microwave.
