We booked 2 rooms. In the first room the refrigerator was unplugged and moldy on inside, and there was no wall plug for it if we wanted to use it. The microwave was dirty, and the floors hadn't been mopped and were so dirty it turned the soles of our feet black. The toilet had a paper on the seat that said sanitized, yet the area that screws the seat to the toilet was crusted with urine. The second room had stains and hair in the bed, and when we asked for the bedding to be changed, they didn't change all of it. The ice machine on our floor was still in a box to be installed. The downstairs vending machine gave us an error code when we tried to use it. We were glad this happened when we discovered there were frozen pizza and burritos in the vending machine, but the vending machine was not a freezer or refrigerated. The bacteria from the spoiled product that was supposed to be frozen probably spread to the candy and snacks in the machine, so major issue there. They had a virtual kiosk setup for check-in, but sporadically had a person at the front desk. When we told the man at the front desk about the spoiled product in the vending machine, he did absolutely nothing. There were potholes at the entrance to the parking lot that were deep and over 4' across. They were filled with water, so you couldn't see it was a pothole until our car sunk into it.
