The bed was comfortable but the hotel was a hot mess. Waited over an hour for Valet parking with six cars in front of us, went for Morgan Wallen but tired to check in before… check in was at 4pm but our room wasn’t ready until almost 8pm. In the morning we waited almost 30 minutes for a bagel that they lost track off at the cafe. For how much month we paid for this room it was just a joke. You can’t tell me they don’t have major events every weekend being this close to Lucas Oil.

The fitness center was well equipped, the bar area is very nice, and the location was great. It would have been nice to have an on site laundry & although this is a historic beautiful hotel, it is also very expensive. I always find it ironic that the more expensive a hotel is, the fewer amenities are included with your stay. No free parking, breakfast or even coffee in the lobby.

I rarely rate hotels but this one was divine! I loved the bar theme with friendly bartenders and snack shop. They put out ice water containers with one that was filled with fruit. It was so delicious. The rooms were impeccably clean. I usually will not walk around with bare feet but felt comfortable doing so. The beds were also very comfortable.

The room was super clean and so was the bathroom. The pool was not as great as I thought. Not a super kid friendly hotel but with the rooms and bathrooms being as clean as they were it’s a fair trade! There was no mildew on the shower or the sink.

Room was fine, but a little run down. Water stain on the lower part of our drapes and a few broken or damaged pieces of furniture in the room. The biggest let down however was the closed pool due to rebalancing of chemicals with no notice. We only live a couple hours away so the pool was part of our reason for booking overnight with our two younger boys. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time at the children’s museum. We were just bummed out on the timing of pool maintenance.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, Room was very clean, and although the hotel was surrounded by construction not related to the hotel itself coupled with them setting-up for the NCAA Final Four tournament, it was very quiet and calm. I really enjoyed my stay at the Omni. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing (great for pictures) and very clean. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The food I had at 8 Notch, which is a breakfast/ lunch style restaurant downstairs, was good. I will definitely stay here in the future.

This has been one of the best hotel stays that we have had in a while! The staff were so genuine and helpful. Javier’s communication was excellent. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was perfect! The one downside was the pool said it was heated and it was not.
