When I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant attendant. I think the gentleman’s name was Cody. During my stay I had to go to the ER and the lady that was working the desk at 4am (headed out to the ER) was very helpful and kind. Made sure I had anything to help me with what I was going through. Upon returning from ER they were accommodating as well. Was able to rest after coming back to the hotel. There was street noise but what hotel doesn’t have street noise. Upon departure the gentleman that checked me in checked me out, again with the same warm smile and pleasant demeanor. There was also another lady at the desk at checkout that was extra kind and sweet to my kiddos. I would recommend and stay again if I was back in Indianapolis. Do not recommend IU hospital though lol. I should have taken the ladies advice and went to St. Francis maybe. I was pleased with my stay there.

The young man checking us in was great, very fun to tlk to. The breakfast was really not good, and food ran out fast. The gentleman putting out the food was geat, and was working hard to keep everything full, there were just a lot of people.

Good place to stay. The area around the hotel wasn't the best but I didn't feel unsafe. I stayed here because it was more affordable then places in Bloomington. Would stay again if we needed a place in Indy.

Room was clean, and beds were nice. The outstanding part of the stay was the breakfast staff in the lobby. Two wonderful gentlemen were helping every guest. I dropped my fork on the floor, and before I could get up, one had already picked it up and replaced with a new one. They were so sweet!

When somebody took a shower you can hear the water draining. The air conditioning goes on and off and you can't keep it on a steady fan all the time waking you up. Not the best of stays.

When we arrived, we weren't happy with the room. The next morning FALLON, the desk clerk, went out of her way to find us another room that was not only quiet and comfortable, but really nice and clean. There aren't many restaurants close by. Need a car to take you about 2 miles down the road for a meal. Excellent breakfast and great bed and pillows.
