The lack of services for food and drinks was extremely disappointing as was the confusing and inaccurate communication between the front desk, website and across different team members. While the hotel is beautiful AND the staff is very pleasant and kind, there is a lack of cohesive support and tools for the staff to meet basic guest needs. The restaurant on bottom floor was closed, the roof top bar had food on their website menu but when we got up there, they said there is no food and that menu is wrong.

I absolutely love the boutique feel of this hotel. The Bradley is my hotel of choice when in Fort Wayne. The gym is also a well stocked and a great space, staff are always professional and helpful.
