Our room needed some repairs, had to ask for the bathtub to be cleaned. It had hair in it. They did come right in to take care.of that. Also no bag for ice bucket. Luckily we had a large ziplock we used.
The LaSalle is an absolute gem. I don't see how anyone could dislike this place, unless you absolutely have to have a spiffy new cookie cutter room. The owner and the other guests were friendly, the breakfast was wonderful, and the whole experience was a pleasant enhancement to my trip.
