Property is under renovation and when it is finished, it will be really nice. The first night I had terrible sleeping because of loud music, not sure where it was coming from but after messaging the front desk, it quieted and saying something to the staff at the end of our days ensured it didn’t happen again. Beyond that, the rooms were clean, the staff friendly & the beds comfortable. I would stay here again.

In our reservation, I made a request for a quiet room (traveling with child who had wonky tournament game hours). Understanding it is a request, we were placed in the very first room from the lobby/breakfast area of which was under construction and jigsaw puzzles together. I was awoken at 4:45am with the sounds of music and what I’m assuming was setting up for breakfast. I had to get up and turn on the bathroom vent just to create white noise to block it out since we did not return from a game until 12:30 am, only four hours prior. Reduced amount of “breakfast included” also due to the facility space/construction.

Still going through a remodel, so the lint is obviously a wreck. The room was completely remodeled and gorgeous. It seems though they forgot to install the “slow closing door” mechanisms on any of the rooms. Loud slamming doors whenever any patron came or left their room.

Comfort Inn, Ft. Wayne

Even though they are still renovating main level, everything is as clean as can be expected. I could tell that they had repeat customers. The second shift staff were very friendly and helpful. They are the only ones that we saw, we got there around 6pm, and left before 7am. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and clean, very spacious, also. Nice sized bathroom as well.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was amazingly clean and spacious. I am very picky about beds, but this was so comfortable. Even breakfast rocked! I highly recommend.
