We checked our room around 9pm and unbeknownst to us the heat was not working, one shade was stuck open and there was construction directly outside our window with huge bright lights, and the ceiling fan was going to fall from the ceiling when turned on. After realizing we contacted the front desk and were informed there is no maintenence after hours n we could switch. Since it was late we arranged for them to look at in the am by 1030. In the morning we were told maintenance was behind and won't be available till after 11. We told them not to enter since we were headed out for the day and pointless to switch rooms since we were checking out the next day. When I mentioned all the issues to Allen the General Manager who was busy making himself breakfast kindly dismissed me as it was nothing as said some Hilton points would be added to my account and walked away to finish his breakfast. Not happy at all considering the price of the room, valet parking rates and keys not forget it was -9 outside and the room was 68 degrees even with a space heater, bright lights all night and in return some points added. What a Joke. Horrible experience
