On the website the property is stated at having free breakfast and many other things but it is nothing more than a cheap motel. The room was clean but the place just looks run down, no pictures on the walls and an outdated TV.

Only joint in town that didn't try to price gouge

Pros: Staff was attentive and always available day and night.
Cons: A regular cleaning staff would go a long way here.
Location: Mostly fast food joints here Whitecastle, McDonalds, Waffle House. But the Uber ride to the convention center was $11-12, not too bad.
After Holliday Inn canceled my reservation two days before my conference I was looking at $500/night, I wonder why they inexplicably canceled at the last minute... This was the only hotel in town that was even close to affordable. Yes it was a bit off the beaten path, but not so far from the airport. Yes it is an older place and a bit run down, but it doesn't pretend to be a fancy new place, its a trucker stop and it ticked all the same boxes for me. I needed a roof over my head and a place to charge my phone at night. Though a higher rate is probably worth it if you're vacationing or staying with a group of coworkers, this place will do the trick if you plan on enjoying Indy and your accommodation needs are few.

Terrible!

Arrived 11 hours after scheduled checkin, only to have to wait for the room to be cleaned (it was 1am). Get to the room and the couch has burns, rips, and stains all over it. The curtains are also duct taped shut. Tub had cracks in it and a completely corroded faucet. I absolutely do not recommend. I'm still fighting with the motel for a refund.

Repairs that were done were not good, and needed repairs were in all aspects of this motel.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast, needs repairs
Fair location for city access and a cheap place to sleep. Rooms were air conditioned and beds were ok. Having said that, it needed many repairs. Bathroom door sill was loose. Doorframe had been boken and was poorly repaired. Towels were cheap and scratchy. Bottom line - spend a few more bucks and go somewhere else.

Less than hope for

Cons: No free Internet, Noisy
First of all, this hotel was next to impossible to find. Their name was on a highway sign with 2 other businesses but after dark we found NO OTHER sign on property. You could not pull in near the sign so after you passed the other 2 businesses you had to backtrack to the hotel. Then the small office sign was unlit and behind a bush. We drove by 3 times before finding it. Should have known that it would be less than desirable since it was not rated high on Travelocity but another site said "recently renovated" so we were hopeful. Nothing looked renovated in our room or on the entire property. At least there was a good air conditioner with fan, so we were cool and could leave on the fan so that the white noise blocked out the noisy customers and highway traffic.

Best for the buck

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, jacuzzi was great
Nice and peaceful stay. Will come back. We do recommend to anyone looking for a best hotel to save some bucks closer to the airport.
