It was a room to sleep. No breakfast bar, no coffee. No one there could make it.? Floors were sticky in room. Need more than 1 tiny trash can in room, no extra blankets in closet. Outside had alot of weeds and overgrown shrubs.

The property was nice, clean and staff was very courteous and accommodating. We had issues with our heating/cooling in the room. They offered to let us change rooms but we opted to just turn it off and on when we needed it. Also, no free coffee which we thought was unusual.

Friendly staff

Pros: Close to shopping, clean, decorative
Location: lots of shopping, easy access to the highways.
Whenever I asked the staff for a favor, they were very accommodating.

Room not ready at check in

Pros: Clean, well appointed.
Cons: Having their rooms ready when checking in. We were not the only ones in this predicament.
Location: Only stayed one night but there were plenty of restaurants nearby for dining options.
While overall the hotel was very nice, their preparedness for guests was not. Check in started at 3pm, we arrived at 5:30pm and they still had not cleaned our room. We were told to wait in the lobby for it which we did - we were exhausted from traveling and didn't feel like going anywhere else - and had to wait over 45 mins. before it was ready. No reason given for the delay. I found that unacceptable. We were given a small discount for our trouble and a bottle of water, but I would have much rather the room have been ready when we arrived. There was another couple waiting on their room as well.

Was very well pleased!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We were in Indy for Band of America in November but we didn't want to pay the huge amounts to stay right downtown. We saved so much money by just driving 10 minutes away from downtown. The location was great and easy to get to. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definately stay there again when we are in Indy.
