My booking was dropped I didn’t get an email until well after I tried to check in that day I had to find alternate accommodations on my own in Indianapolis was not good I expect a full refund

The staff was unfriendly to the point of being rude. Our room was on the first floor just below a room with a pit bull in it. He was running and hopping around most of the night. We were led to believe that we would have a refrigerator and microwave in our room but there weren’t any. We had to go find housekeeping to get a roll of toilet paper with just a few sheets on our roll. We only got 1 bath towel for 2 people. The clothes rack was falling off of the wall. And try o top it off we found bed bugs on our stuff when we were on the way home.

Clean, basic motel; not noisy despite proximity to highway. Room door was not aligned with the frame, so we had to jiggle and lean on it to lock and unlock. We made a reservation for 4 people but only got 2 towels. Everything else was fine—good value for the money.

Supposedly non smoking room, smelled like an ashtray. Otherwise a decent economical stay. If you want luxury you need to pay for it.

The staff was okay. I asked for housekeeping to clean my room, but had to ask a second time. They basically made the beds but didn’t change the sheets and left some of the soiled towels in the room. Didn’t supply fresh toiletries (shampoo and bath soap). When I had to ask the second time, the front desk acted like I had done something wrong.

The staff was plesent. The renovations are poorly done. There was old coffee pad in coffee maker. Room was dirty. Signage was non existant. Travelocity has rooms like this, i will not use them again.

Well when we got in room i noticed door didn't shut properly, looked at locking latch, its been kicked in and broke, only had one screw holding door shut. Go into this closet of a restroom, shut door, and there was a used bar of soap and underwear on floor. Looked immediately for a new hotel close by but all was booked due to concert and other events in town. Will never book there again! Get what u pay for! Next year for dave Matthew's band im going else where!
