My husband went for breakfast and they were done by 9:00 am. The next day he went at 7:00 and there was nothing there. It had trash all over outside the hotel. The room was cold and bathroom very small.

This property is being remodeled and is not all that great. It's a bed and shower and that's about it. The breakfast was poor quality and the tables were dirty. The bed linens were old and tattered. The free wifi never worked outside of the lobby. Not the best, but not the worst either.

We spent $200 for a room with a king bed and jacuzzi tub. We had to clean the tub twice before using it and it was still dirty. We found cigarette butts hidden behind the chair in the corner. We found gum in our "clean" sheets and the bed was as hard as a rock. Also, the remote for the TV was broke in half and could only go up in channels. We should get the room free.

The bed was very good. The room was clean. The check in was not so good. I had to get the evening clerk off her phone to get us checked in. Then she put a 100 dollar deposit on our bank card. The check out young man was very good. He had a GREAT smile and "Enjoy your Day"

At check in they wanted to see my ID. They took a copy of my drivers license. When questioned I was told it was in case there are any future issues. They then told me there would be a $100 incident deposit. I explained that that was not listed when I made the reservation. They said it would be returned within three to five business days if I used a debit/credit card. I told them I wanted to discuss it with my husband and the manager said I didn’t have to pay it. I most likely would not have stayed if I had to pay the fee. Our room was neat but there was an odor that was not overpowering or familiar. But the bathroom smelled of smoke. I believe the room was a handicapped room as there were hand rails by the toilet and in the shower stall but a very low toilet. The toilet seat was broken at the hinge and the hand towel was shredded along the sides. We only had one large towel for bathing. There was not small coffee pot or hair dryer, which seem to be an amenity is all hotels these days. The biggest amenity disappointment was the lack of breakfast. There was coffee, juice and bread, jelly and a toaster. And again I say that some type of breakfast is offered at most hotels at this time. Never have we been offered just bread with a toaster. When leaving I asked for the copy of my drivers license. I was told that it was already at the accounting file and my information was secure. I told the gentleman they would be responsible for any problems that I may have.

We did not know about the pet fee for the pet friendly hotel . They moved us to a “pet friendly” room that smelled strongly of smoke, had a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower as well as a dirty paper towel at the sink.
