The rooms they put us in, had a bad odor coming from the air conditioner smelled like the hotel had been flooded or something. Elevator is not working doors to the room were hard to open and close carpeting. Nasty would not recommend it to anyone not even to a dog

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the tub was stained. The guy ar the desk said they were remodeling. They were doing carpets first and the bathrooms. All though I saw now sign of work being done anywhere.

Couldn't understand the girl at the front desk. Her english wasn't very good. Bathroom door was warped around the latch and couldn't be shut. No ice machine on second floor. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

Upon arrival I noticed that I was booked to this particular hotel that did not compliment my filters on my search for a room because I specifically wanted an indoor pool and an indoor hot tub. I explained this to the lady at the desk who was very unprofessional and confrontational and very underqualified to be left alone with her duties. Bathroom had water all over the floor. Carpet had not been vacuumed, chair had stuff in it. There was a weird smell in the room. Just not a place i want to return to.
