Parking fees are definitely unnecessary. No one should ever charge their guest to park and they’re there for a conference 5 days at that. Other than that……it was a nice experience.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown and had a great overall experience. Check-in was a little slow, but it was during a rush hour, which was understandable. Once I got to the desk, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely modernized — exactly what you want after a long day of travel. I forgot to pack a toothbrush, and not only did they have one available, but they gave it to me at no cost, which was a small gesture that made a big impression. The valet service was also excellent — prompt, friendly, and very professional. I would absolutely stay here again and would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Indianapolis.
