We had a suite on the 10th floor. We found several items around the room that were left from the people staying in there previously. There was a big rip in the sofa. We never got an ice bucket and asked the front desk twice. It was quiet but definitely not worth what we paid.

Poor customer service or out right scam?
Guy at the front desk had made rude side comments when checking in, saying how he was unsure how I was even able to get a room. Made me put a card on file, and put a hold on it for the same amount that I already paid through hotel.com When checking out the next morning, I asked to double check that the hold was going to be dropped. Lady at the desk said that it would be, but later that night I received another charge on my card. I called in the next morning as it was still there, the lady on the phone that she would take care of it but gave no explanation as to why it happened and just instead reminded me that I got two drinks from the convince store that still needed to be charges.

Terrible experience, do not recommend
They gave us 2 beds for 6 individuals. The staff member told us they had to change some of the reservations to accommodate other guests. We booked a suite and was given a room with 2 beds. It was a terrible experience. Staff was rude, website staff were also rude and kept hanging up on us while we tried to resolve the issue.

Hotel/ room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. In town for daughter’s volleyball tournament, so we pretty much just needed a place to bath and sleep, but everything was great. No issues.
