This is an old worn out hotel. When we checked in the lady at the desk couldn’t log in to her computer. She was rude and called another person who just came off lunch to check us in. She managed to get logged in and get our room. The room was hot when we entered it so we turned the AC to max. It never cooled the room. They moved us to another room. All the carpet in the building is stained and worn out. The in hotel restaurant is closed and their fancy steak house is only open 3 days a week. The management excuse is we can’t hire any help nobody wants to work. The folks working the casino seem annoyed when you try to cash out and several of the games had out of order signed on them. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is an very run down property. Check in lady couldn’t log on to her computer and was very rude. Carpet is stained everywhere. Buffet is closed they say they can’t find help. The fancy steak place is only open 3 days a week but they don’t tell you they. Tap room grill in the casino is mediocre at best. Tv in the room is small, A/C doesn’t cool the room. Should have stayed elsewhere. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I'm going to be honest this is not at all what I was expecting based on the reviews and the pictures of the hotel. The casino is great it was a lot of fun but the stay itself was terrible it was barely an upgrade from an econo Lodge. Most of the hotel outside of the casino area smelled like weed. There was no refrigerator in the room at all, no microwave. When I arrived the air conditioning wasn't working one of the lights was out and apparently they don't replace your towels in the morning like most hotels do you have to call and ask for them. The person at the front desk was less than friendly in fact I I was in sure she was conscious until a minute later when she said yes? The main feature of the hotel is the casino yet there is no walkway to the casino you just have to risk getting run over in the parking garage it's a very bad setup.
