Beautiful facility! Need more parking. Or an agreement with the city that your patrons get a break on parking charges. Had to pay $25 to park because your lot was full.

Beautiful building and ambiance, however, I did not get the room I selected (supposed to be a king bed but I got two queens). Also, I paid for the upgrade of the breakfast buffet but was not able to cash it in because of a long wait time at the restaurant. I wish staff would've notified me that a reservation would be necessary.

Several of elevators not working. Long lines. Hotel staff was very nice and always willing to help. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium was nice. Seemed like a convenient and safe area.

Very disappointed in the quality of our stay for the price we paid. First, the valet and front desk staff couldn't believe we had free parking, and it took 3 people to verify my Travelocity package was indeed correct. Then we were told the wrong place to park, and once we found the correct location, the ticket machine was broken. Our air conditioner was broken and it got to nearly 80 degrees in our room. They did fix it fairly quickly after I visited the front desk at 2 AM. Then at 8 AM on Sunday morning, housekeeping woke us up with ridiculous banging and yelling in the hallways, and cleaning/vacuuming the room next to ours for 30 minutes. My one kid-free morning to sleep in was ruined. The hallways were loud and you could hear EVERYTHING. Our room service order wasn't taken from our door, which ended up okay because there was a limited menu we had trouble choosing from anyway. Finally, we had trouble leaving the garage because we had no ticket (since the machine was broken) and needed assistance getting out. The location was convenient to the convention center and stadium, and the room was very updated and modern. But for the price of this hotel, I would expect a seamless visit - not having to call or visit the front desk 5 times in 24 hours.

We stayed in this hotel due to the proximity to the Indiana convention center, to which it is attached through a skywalk. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and served in our every need. The only semi-complaint I would have is that ordering/ getting breakfast was slow and I wish they had another large mirror in the room, outside of the bathroom, so we could use it to get ready if someone else was taking a shower. Also note that Travelocity and/or the hotel do not specify that breakfast included is not a breakfast buffet. We got two $20 breakfast vouchers but ended up spending more, so don’t think that it is totally included. We would definitely stay here again when we visit downtown Indianapolis but it would help to be more aware of the breakfast situation.

Under construction didn't even have a soda machine. Booked a double room ended up w a king. So 1 sleep on the couch one in a rollaway an 2 in the bed. Still charged us full price. Miserable stay w what we had going on. I'm sure when construction is over it will be better. But it would have been nice to know what we were getting in to!
