The hotel was having internet issues, which delayed check-in for many guests, they have a 12th floor lounge area and because of the internet issues, the hotel was unable to create any elevator keys that would allow access to the loung. The hotel staff woild provide escorts to the lounge, but the restrooms were key locked so without an electronic key, you could not access the restrooms. In addition, some business folks, wishing to conduct business in the lounge, were unable to do so. Overall, the Hotel is a nice place to stay, I just believe, that since so much revolves around the internet functioning properly, all effotts should be deployed to remedy the issue in minutes, not hours.

We booked a King room with a view. The room had such poor lighting it was difficult to see yourself in any of the mirrors. The mattress and pillows felt like we were sleeping on someone’s couch. We could hear and feel the springs in the mattress. We never had a good nights sleep. We stayed for only 2 nights which is why we didn’t bother to change rooms. Our young adult kids had a separate room and no complaints about the room or beds .. and they paid less than our king room. Disappointed. Location is good for walking to Time Square, Broadway, 5th Ave shopping areas and local bars. Staff were nice.
