Room was very cold because the Windows were open when I arrived in the room. To make it worse the AC was not working, room needed a lot of renovation falling shelves, missing drawers and big holes on the wall. There was no breakfast served like promised in the morning I asked about it and I was given $2.00 to go buy breakfast. Worst place

Miss leading

Even though it's advertised on website that they offer free breakfast, they don't !! When I arrived to check in there is a sign stating they only offer coffee n cookies. Water is intentionally restricted to a trickle at bathroom sink . Lights are on a sensor so they constantly go off...ugh!

Hotel

Our first night there we only had a 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Had to leave my room at 2 a.m. to go to the office to get more toilet paper. Hotel should of had extra roll toilet paper in bathroom. It's a joke there breakfast is coffee and generic oat meal pies. That's not a real breakfast food.

This was a good hotel for the price

The hotel was in a convenient location and was adequate for the price we paid. The room was clean and comfortable.

not good

Quite dirty, there was no phone in the room, no clock radio/alarm clock, and it gets worse THE TOILET WOULD NOT FLUSH! Spend a couple more bucks somewhere else, this place is unbelievable bad.

Dirty!!!!!!!!

Went to the Vera Bradley outlet sale in Ft. Wayne. Wanted a cheap hotel and that's what I got. I also got a filthy hotel room. There was urine on the toilet seat, luckily i had hand sanitizer and was able to sanitize it. We found what appeared to be pubic hair on the microwave. did not use the blankets and spread the towels on the sheets, would have left if we could afford to get a room somewhere else, but on this particular weekend it is difficult to find a room in town anyway. I would never stay here again. Disgusting!!!!!!

Bad Service

I WILL NOT stay here again. I made a reservation 4 days early for a non-smoking king bed room. We get there and they tell me they are all out of king bed rooms. So we got stuck with a double bed room. They did not inform me before I arrived that the room I reserved days in advance was not available. The pictures of the room look nothing like the real thing. I would advise people to not stay at this hotel. It is not worth the trouble or the money. You can find a better place for the same amount of money.
