"Smelled like pot everywhere. Our room smelled like terrible perfume and pot. Dirty floors. Carpet and furniture stained. Complimentary breakfast was sparse. Empty coffee pots. The main reason for the bad review is the smell and cleanliness of the rooms. Pictures online are not representative of hotel."

"I actually loved the property. The facility looked great from the outside, but unfortunately, when you uncover some of the nasty mess, you noticeably see that there are definitely cracks and kinks in the armor here. The plumbing while they did say they were making improvement is awful and each of the two rooms. I had both have flooding issues in both sinks, one coming out of the top of the sink and one coming out of the bottom where the P-trap would be located making it an unsafe dangerous location for me to be because I am disabled. That is exactly why I got a disabled room and unfortunately that’s exactly where I fell in the disabled room on the tile where the P-trap was located under the sink it actually was leaking and dripping out gallons of water onto the ground, which caused me to fall. Not a great impression. When I got moved to the next room, it clearly looks better, but I wasn’t able to utilize it very well because when I woke up and noticed immediately, they were plumbing problems again. Also, another sink problem this time it would not drain and absolutely was a mess. Neither are acceptable and both were definitely notable before my stay and why they weren’t fixed. I’m not certain of that because they were definitely aware of those situations. The P-trap cracking is not a one day deal it clearly happened over a period of time and the fact that it leaked that much water onto the ground tells me they knew it was broken and just didn’t fix it. 0 stars for me"

"We were very unhappy with the room we had. Upon entering, we noticed ants in the sink but didn’t think anything of it. However in the morning there was a handful of them crawling everywhere, especially in our belongings in the bathroom. While staff was kind, nothing was done about it. It wasn’t cleaned and we were given points for the inconvenience."

"The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room messy (which never happened because I never unpacked my bag). I sat in the room for 2 hours working from my laptop until the weed smell became too strong to ignore. Over all- it was a horrible experience. I would encourage anyone looking for a decent place to stay- to save their money and find a good hotel elsewhere."
