"I couldn't spend the night there because I'm allergic to pets, and they were all over the building, and the strong smell of their bodily functions (urine and feces) prevented me from sleeping there."

"This place tried to price gouge me. On the day I was supposed to check in they cancelled my reservation and told me they would still have a room for me. I get there and they tried to charge me three times the amount I booked the room for. There was cigarette burn holes in the sheets and the bed spread. Holes in the floor. Dead (thank goodness) bugs in the floor. The TV nor the phone worked. I went to the desk three times within a six hour period to get someone to look at my TV. I would NEVER stay at this place again"

"The rooms were dirty, looks like they didn’t sweep the floors, also when my children got done at the pool I had to dry our room floor the towels turned black from the floors… bathroom ceilings leaking, toilet wouldn’t flush was told they couldn’t do anything unless I checked out, the security guard and the bar manager were really nice and they apologized and said it was an embarrassment for that to happen. The pictures on the website are nothing like the actual rooms "

"The room didn’t match the photos or description. It was poorly maintained and unclean. I contacted the hotel and Expedia, but they didn’t do anything. Not recommended. I left the property and I did not receive a refund "

"Breakfast was good. The staff member that was working at the check in desk on Sunday evening 3/29/26 was very nice & helpful. The housekeepers and the ones setting up the breakfast greeted us and was very nice as well. "
