The facility is brand new. The room is very spacious that we stayed in with a king. The breakfast buffet was very good and they keep it out for a long time and their checkout is later than most hotels. It was gorgeous, comfortable and very inexpensive compared to most hotels around that area. 100% recommend this hotel.

There was a baseball event going on for kids. An the hotel let them run wild. Slamming doors. Running thru hallway. Very loud thru out the late night. I get kids will be kids. They should not be allowed to do that at 11 12 1 2am. Very disappointed 😞

My challenge with this property was that they lacked enough luggage carts and didn't have enough handicapped parking. Because I need to walk my wife in because she needs my help, I found that only 3 handicapped parking spaces for the total property was not enough. Also, having to make 3 trips to a third-floor room because of no luggage carts was a bit much to deal with and the desk person just kind of shrugged it off.

We were there for a funeral that happened to be the weekend of the Indy500. So paid $700 for 3 nights. The pool was ice cold and not swimmable. Definitely a major let down with kids looking forward to swimming over the weekend. When we mentioned it to the front desk we were told they had someone out the weekend before to look at it. Juice machine was broken so no juice available for breakfast. One morning they did have a gallon of orange juice on ice. But next two mornings, nothing. When I asked for bedding for the sofa bed- I was given a flat sheet and told that was all he could find. Hotel was clean so that was a plus. But the pool was the biggest let down. Especially for $694/3 nights.

Very clean hotel. Staff were very nice and courteous. My only knock is it is in kind of a noisy area. Big trash truck picked up dumpsters at 4am, and the trains run until midnight, other than that I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience! The hotel is close to everything you could possibly need! The breakfast was good with pancakes and mini omelettes. Lots of items to choose from. My only concern is that the cleaner used to clean the bathtub might make it too slippery. We had a great stay and would stay again!
