The staff was rude. They weren’t welcoming. They don’t speak to any of the guests in the passing. The hotel was freezing cold throughout the building.

The staff support could have been better in terms of like visiting our room for housekeeping and etc.. The sink in the bathroom always leaked onto the floor whenever we used it in the morning to either brush our teeth or wash our face and the TV only had cable which was quite a bummer, so we relied more on our own devices than the TV itself.

Couldn't sleep through the night, between freezing, dirty rooms to the strange men walking by the door loudly at all hour of the night, I would have rather stayed in my car. I tried reaching out to the manager and have had no response.

Rooms were not the cleanest and the hotel is very old. At breakfast the coffee was hot but there was no water or juice for the kids to drink. The only hot food was waffles and there was no coffee creamer. Kids enjoyed the pool. Place could be cool if it was renovated and updated.

The food was good in the restaurant. The bar was nice. The staff were friendly. The breakfast could've used more attention. The rooms could've been cleaner. They didn't smell clean when you walked in. A lot of blood stains. On the curtains, the pillows. Pretty gross. Bathrooms in the rooms needed to be cleaned better.
