The property is old and rooms are very dated. Some furniture in the rooms were very worn and the leather was peeling off the chairs. No dressers or drawers of any kind for clothing. Lighting in the rooms were very dim. Limited outlets. Shower was TINY. We had a 2 king bed suite and really expected a nicer room for the price

The property was in a great location. It was only a block from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. There were nice places to eat all around the area with lots to do in walking distance. Parking garage was attached to the hotel. We felt extremely safe and honestly, Indianapolis was one of the cleanest cities I have ever seen. Beautiful flowers and artwork everywhere. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

ANTHONY

The Platt 99 bar was closed for a private event the evening of my stay. The event was supposed to end at 10pm but lasted until midnight. The music at this event was so loud that would could not sit in the lounge areas and have a conversation. When I called the front desk to complain the receptionist could barely hear me and said that she apologized but there was nothing she could do about it. Also the music radiated into the 3rd floor which was where my room was located. This hotel should not allow the bar, which is an amenity of the property, to be rented out in its entirety. Also they should not also the extremely excessive level of music to be played. I have stayed here several times in the past but this will certainly be my last stay.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a good location to walk to Fever basketball games. We aren't fans of the bathroom barn door - it's almost like no door at all. Otherwise, it was great.
