Hotel was great except handle to bathroom was broke and would come off. Also house keeping pounded on the door at 9am asking if we were getting ready to check out. Check out was at 11. Access to the mall was great except it closed at 8 so we had to walk outside after eating dinner.

This was a good experience. The room was very clean and the service was great. We added the breakfast option to our reservation. In the morning when we went to the hotel restaurant, we were promptly seated and given the breakfast menu. Service was prompt and fast. I sure do wish that Sheraton still offered the breakfast buffet. In the past when we visited the Indianapolis Sheraton, we always looked forward to the breakfast buffet - it was exceptional. Overall we had a very good experience. Thanks to the Indianapolis Sheraton team!

We’ll be coming back next time we visit Indy!! We were very particular about what hotel to choose because we love working out in the mornings. Unfortunately there were no dumbbells on the rack, were not cardio people lol we also looked forward to swimming after a workout but no work out and the pool was over crowded. Outside of that we had a great stay. Hopefully next time we’re in town the gym is full with the equipment.
